In An appeals court has upheld a subpoena to force embattled Terraform and its CEO Do Kwon to appear in a securities case involving the Mirror Protocol DApp.

The U.S. regulator is investigating whether Terraform used its Mirror Protocol to sell unregistered securities in a case unrelated to the Terra collapse.
